Frequently asked questions

What kinds of organisations do you work with?

We work with mid-sized and enterprise organisations, as well as funded technology companies building AI-enabled products.

How do engagements usually start?

Most start with a free consultation, followed by a short discovery or proof-of-value phase so both sides can confirm the opportunity before committing to a larger build.

How is pricing structured?

We offer fixed-scope projects for well-defined work and time-and-materials or dedicated team models for evolving products. We provide a written estimate after discovery.

How long does a typical AI project take?

Proofs of value usually take two to six weeks. Production systems commonly take two to four months depending on integrations, data readiness and compliance requirements.

How do you handle our data?

We use only the data required, follow your security policies, can work entirely within your cloud environment, and sign confidentiality and data-processing agreements as required.
